Akim of West Kazakhstan region
Nariman Turegaliev was born on July 19, 1964 in the West Kazakhstan region, in the village of Yesensai. In 1990 he graduated from the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation and Construction Institute with a degree in "engineer-economist";
